Over 13 years ago, what started as a mentorship through football with Angelica's brothers led Lee to something even greater-the love of his life. Angelica, now his wife of 13 years, has been his unwavering support and partner in both life and purpose.

Their path has been one of growth and healing, filled with trials, challenges, and movements of learning. There have been countless days of pushing through differences, but through trials and triumphs, they have remained steadfast in their faith and commitment to finding their true purpose. Together, they have built a foundation rooted in love, resilience, and the belief that healing starts from within.

As parents to three wonderful children, they strive daily to be the best versions of themselves-not just for each other but as examples for their children. Rest and Reset Massage was born from this journey, a reflection of their commitment to helping others find balance, renewal, and well-being. Just as they have supported each other through life's ups and downs, they are here to support you on your path to healing and restoration.

Angelica is currently pursuing her Reiki and Meditation certifications, expanding my services to bring even more holistic healing to Rest and Reset Massage.
